Grande Park Elementary

Yes — the Grande Park Elementary afterschool cooking program is held on-site at Grande Park Elementary School and is available to students currently enrolled at that school. If your child attends a different school, check out Wallin Oaks Elementary or our PCC/Sportsplex public classes in Plainfield, which are open to all families.

Kidinary visits Grande Park Elementary twice a week — every Monday and every Thursday after school. Both sessions run from 3:50–4:50pm CST. The Monday and Thursday classes may cover different recipes and skill progressions each semester, and some families choose to enroll in both sessions for maximum kitchen time. Check the calendar for current availability.

Young chefs at Grande Park build real culinary skills each week — including knife safety, sautéing, baking, measuring, grating, and more — while cooking a variety of nutritiously delicious seasonal recipes from scratch. Every session is nut-free and allergy-friendly. Kidinary brings all ingredients, kid-safe cooking tools, and supplies directly to the school. Learn more about our full cooking classes program.
